These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Watertruck (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Using the service

You may browse listings and contact sellers. When publishing a listing you must own the content and not infringe third-party rights.

Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We provide a Trusted Seller program to highlight verified sellers, but we do not guarantee transactions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watertruck is not liable for damages arising from listings or transactions between users.

Acceptable use

• Do not post illegal or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate others or manipulate data.

Changes

We may amend these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
